Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dewa Collections. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.

Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. Items must be sent back within this time to be accepted for return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

  1. Start a Return: Contact us at hm.essentialsllc@gmail.com to initiate your return.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item(s). Please ensure the items are securely packaged.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect items). 
  4. Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or offer a refund. 

Incorrect Items

If you receive incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or offer a refund.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges! If you'd like a different size or color, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your original item. Both the return shipping cost and the shipping charges for the new item will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the exchange item you request is in stock, we will process the exchange once we receive the original item.
  • If the item is out of stock, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

International Returns

For international customers, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your return.
